If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order at our website, please return items within 30 days from the date of the receipt of article.
We’ll happily accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items.
Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt / invoice. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.
Items can be returned back for Exchange or for Refund through USPS, FEDEX, UPS or any other courier services Prepaid.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
If the return item is a result of our error, please contact our customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org and on eligibility, a Prepaid return shipping label can be issued by e-mail to send the package back.
Due to the limited quantities of merchandise, the item(s) you wish to exchange may no longer be available. We suggest you place a new order of item(s) and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund.
We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.
If you have requested an exchange, you will receive an email detailing the availability of the item(s) and its shipping status.
Items available in stock will be shipped approximately 48 to 72 hours to the shipping address on your invoice. If the item(s) was sent to you as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original credit card used for the payment.
No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred with exchanges.
Most returns are processed within ten days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed.
FINAL SALES : All sales of cosmetics, jewelry, accessories, shoes, lingerie, swimwear, and items marked “CLEARANCE” are final. Clearance items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.

You can send items back to us at the address below using any other trackable shipping method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return or exchange. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. We do not accept COD returns.
